DROPOFF: 9:00-9:05 AM
PICKUP: 3:55-4:00 PM
Please be on time. There is no aftercare.
If you're running late in the morning or afternoon, please call or text to let us know.
Dropoff and pickup are NOT at the main lobby entrance.
Turn into the driveway directly next to Shoreham Dr.
Follow the driveway back toward the Bus Parking Lot, going toward the right. You'll find us at the side lobby entrance (pictured above and represented by the red dot on the map).
Urban Adventure Squad will be the only group using the side lobby by the Bus Parking Lot. We also have exclusive access to the Capitol Room, located next to the side lobby. The Capitol Room has a door that opens directly onto the Bus Parking Lot. We will enter into this room to access the East Promenade bathrooms twice a day.
The Capitol Room also acts as our emergency shelter, where we will go for short periods of time in the event of lightning or another emergency. If we're seeking shelter due to lightning, we will prop open the door to the outside for more ventilation. Your child should be prepared with an umbrella and/or rain jacket if rain is in the forecast. If we need to cancel, delay our start, or end a program early, we will text the Primary Contact on your account.
Please note that the Omni Shoreham Hotel recommends that staff and guests wear masks only if they're not vaccinated. Urban Adventure Squad educators and students will remain masked at all times while indoors, regardless of vaccination status. Our group may encounter unmasked hotel staff or guests as we walk to the bathrooms or while we use the bathrooms and refill water bottles at the water fountain. We will encourage students to stay safely distanced while indoors.
